Is the free tier really free?
Yes — Free Solo is permanent: 1 seat, 25 customers, 15k helmies-tokens/mo, unlimited projects, core ops (projects, time, quotes, invoices, portal). No card to start. Every signup also gets 14 days of full Pro; when it ends you simply continue on Free — nothing is locked, no surprise charge.
What is a helmies-token?
A normalised compute unit. We benchmark model input + output across providers and convert to one currency so you don't track six model pricings. Consumption per surface (agent, content, image, voice) is visible in /admin/usage.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
Nothing breaks. Alerts fire at 80% / 95% / 100%. You can top up — €10 → 50k, €25 → 150k, €50 → 350k tokens (roll over 30 days, drained after your monthly bundle). Critical paths — sending an invoice, running payroll, portal access, data export — never block on tokens.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade is instant and prorated. Downgrade applies at the next billing cycle so you don't lose features mid-month. Cancelling drops you to Free Solo — never a lock-out.
Do extra seats cost more?
Seats are a soft cap, not a wall. Pro includes 10 seats then €12/extra seat/mo; Scale includes 30 then €10/seat. Enterprise is committed, unlimited. We never block your team from growing.
Can I export my data?
Always — CSV per entity from the dashboard on every tier, pgdump on Enterprise. No lock-in: you can leave with everything you put in, even on the free tier.
Does the AI touch anyone else's data?
No. The agent runs inside your tenant; row-level security gates every read and write by tenant_id. The audit log records every super-admin action that touches your data.
Do you offer agency / white-label pricing?
Yes — white-label portal starts at Starter; custom domain and multi-entity sub-workspaces are on Scale and Enterprise. Contact sales for committed agency terms.
