Helmies started as a single-tenant ops tool for Helmies Oy — a Finnish studio that needed customers, projects, time, invoices and an AI agent in one place, not in six. We dogfooded it for a year. It stopped feeling like a tool and started feeling like a colleague.
In 2026, we opened it up. Same DNA: one workspace, one bill, one agent that actually reads your business. New stack: multi-tenant with hard isolation, marketing automation that goes beyond drip emails, and a public API so anyone can build on top of it.
